Patients must see a doctor at least every 6 months, for prescriptions, but online, telephone and email prescriptions in the interim period are acceptable

Our nursing staff will receive your order request and will process it during office hours. We will have your prescription ready for collection after two working days. For example if you send a request through at 7pm on Thursday evening, it will be ready for collection anytime from the following Tuesday morning.

Please note:

• Only medications that are listed as repeat prescriptions can be ordered.

• Items can only be ordered when they are due.
• Only orders with correct patient details and drug names will be processed.
• Please type in the medication names with the exact spelling and doses as shown on your repeat prescription slip (not the brand name on the box).
• Confirmation: on receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email, please call the medical centre.
• Please supply contact details (telephone or email) so that our staff can contact you if there are any problems with processing your order.
