Mission Statement
Taradale Medical Centre (TMC) aims to provide the highest quality primary health care for the population of Taradale. This care is comprehensive and includes preventative care, assessment and treatment of acute medical conditions and injuries, and on-going care for chronic medical conditions.
Our Vision
- We aim to provide a personalized service for our patients. All registered patients should identify a preferred General Practitioner from our team.
- The Practice will be accessible to patients both in terms of its hours of operation and its facilities.
- TMC will be seen as the preferred provider for General Practice within the Taradale area and its surrounds.
- Services to patients should always be of the highest possible quality based on respect for patients and traditional medical ethics. Care should be based on the best possible evidence and be subject to continuous quality improvement through audit and peer review.
- TMC will be seen as an attractive place to work for all staff.
- Continuing Medical and Nursing education will be encouraged and facilitated, and ancillary staff will be also encouraged and assisted to take part in professional development programmes.
